UPDATE - 17/05/2021

MASKS

It is no longer a legal requirement to wear a mask at the Club, however we encourage all our members and guests to wear a mask when not seated at a table / inside.


ENTRY & CONTACT TRACING

All members should register in using their door fob / digital membership card which will register your details to our computer so that you do not have to complete the sign-in sheet every time you use the Club.

If you do not have a fob (all children age 16 and over or guests), you must fully complete the sign-in sheet with your FULL NAME & PHONE NUMBER and the DATE & TIME OF ENTRY.

If you have the NHS Covid App, you can also sign-in using the QR code. 


ENTRY TO THE CLUB

Use the hand sanitiser provided before entering.

Register your fob / digital membership card - this will open the door & register you for contact tracing.

If you don't have a fob / digital membership card, buzz the intercom to be let in and sign-in on the sheet provided. Please be patient if you do need to buzz in as the bar staff may be busy serving other customers or away from the bar.


SERVICE

All members and guests can now purchase drinks from the bar.

Please queue sensibly and be respect of others, leaving space between yourself and others. 

Please do not lean over the bar and there will be no standing at the bar once you have purchased your drinks.

Members can order using the Club App - ask the bar team for further info.

Please use hand sanitiser before entering the toilets and wash your hands with soap and water afterwards.

It is essential that all members entering the Club use the hand sanitiser provided to prevent the spread of germs.

If we reach full capacity, we will then run a one-out one-in system.


CHILDREN

Children of members can attend the Club but must be supervised at all times.

Parents/guardians should ensure that their children use hand sanitiser/wash their hands regularly, especially when using the children's play area.

Children under 11 must be accompanied to the toilets.

All children aged 16 and over must sign in with their FULL NAME, YOUR PHONE NUMBER, DATE & TIME.


GUESTS

Members are permitted to bring guests to the Club.

In line with the Club rules, members are allowed to bring in a maximum of 2 guests at any one time and the same guest may not be admitted more than two days in succession or seven days in any three months (they should become members if using more).

All guests must fully complete the sign-in sheet with FULL NAME, PHONE NUMBER, DATE & TIME.

Guests must adhere to the Club rules and are the responsibility of the member and your membership may be affected by your guest’s behaviour.

If guests do not follow the rule, they will be refused entry.

QUIZ NIGHT

The monthly quiz night is held on the last Monday of the month (or thereabouts).

The quiz is open to members and their guests.

£1 per person.

Max. 6 people per team/table.

Cash prize.

Please book your table and register your team in advance. Email [email protected] or text the Club mobile on 07483 933486 with your team name and the names of all team members.


SNOOKER

All 3 snooker tables are open.

Players should use their own snooker cue where possible. 

Please use hand sanitiser before and after playing.


MEAT RAFFLE

One weekly draw on a Sunday, 2pm (8 prize) up to 12th September.

Returning to two weekly drawers - Friday, 10pm (5 prizes) and Sunday, 2pm (5 prizes) from 17th September.

Prizes from Sandy Park Butchers (supporting local traders).

If you are not going to be in the Club for the draw, please put your name & phone number on the back of your ticket and leave with a friend or the bar. If you win, your prize will be selected and put in the freezer and we will contact you by text message or phone to confirm your prize and you will need to ensure that you collect your prize in the week, during current opening hours.


RAFFLE / LOTTERY / OPEN THE BOX

Entertainment raffles will return from 11th September. 

The weekly Lottery returns with the first draw on 4th September.

Open the Box will return on 8th September.

Proceed from raffles/draws are use to assist with the costs of entertainment and/or fund raising for charity.


BINGO

Returning 1st September, seated in the Royal Box


CHARITY

The Club is currently supporting Prostate Cancer UK as its chosen charity (nominated & voted for by the members at the AGM).

There is a collection bucket within the Club for loose change and we may go around with a bucket when we have bigger events.


NEW DIGITAL MEMBERSHIP CARD - PHOTOGRAPH REQUIRED

We will be introduction new digital membership cards from 1st September 2021.

All members will require to submit a photo (this will be use for identification at the bar only).

Members are requested to provide a digital photograph, emailed to [email protected].

Alternatively, we have a camera behind the bar so provided we are not too busy, we can take a photo when you are next at the Club.
