We are open to members and their guests with Government regulations in place from 12/04/2021.

Please ensure you read the details below before visiting the Club.

UPDATE - 17/05/2021

NO MASK, NO ENTRY

You must wear a mask when not seated at a table / inside.

This includes on entry and taking your seat, going to the toilets / garden.

Masks are not required to be worn whilst playing snooker but must be worn when leaving the dedicated snooker area.


CONTACT TRACING

It is a legal requirement that anyone visiting the Club provides their contact information before being allowed entry.

It is vital that you comply with these regulations to help keep people safe, and to keep businesses open.

If you have the NHS COVID-19 App, you should register using the QR code.

Your door fob will register your details to our computer so that you do not have to complete the sign-in sheet every time you use the Club.

If you do not have a fob (all children age 16 and over or guests), you must fully complete the sign-in sheet with your FULL NAME & PHONE NUMBER and the DATE & TIME OF ENTRY.

If you do not fob or sign in you will be refused entry.


ENTRY TO THE CLUB

Use the hand sanitiser provided before entering.

Register your fob - this will open the door & register you for contact tracing.

If you don't have a fob, buzz the intercom to be let in and sign-in on the sheet provided.


SERVICE (TABLE SERVICE ONLY INDOORS)

We are only allow to serve you INSIDE if you are seated.

Please choose a table and a member of the bar team will take your order, take payment and return with your drink(s).

Used glasses should be left at your table.

The Rule of Six / Two Households only applies to all indoor seating.

OUTDOOR service will be from the collection table.

When moving around the Club, wear a mask and follow the one-way system.

You should return from the garden / toilets via the skittle alley.

Please use hand sanitiser before entering the toilets and wash your hands with soap and water afterwards.

It is essential that all members entering the Club use the hand sanitiser provided, use the QR code if they have the NHS COVID-19 app, register their fob / writes their name on the sheet inside the door.

If we reach full capacity, we will then run a one-in one-out system.


CHILDREN

Children of members can attend the Club but must be supervised at all times.

Parents/guardians should ensure that their children use hand sanitiser/wash their hands regularly, especially when using the children's play area.

Children under 11 must be accompanied to the toilets.

All children aged 16 and over must sign in with their FULL NAME, YOUR PHONE NUMBER, DATE & TIME.


GUESTS

Members are permitted to bring guests to the Club.

In line with the Club rules, members are allowed to bring in a maximum of 2 guests at any one time and the same guest may not be admitted more than two days in succession or seven days in any three months (they should become members if using more).

All guests must fully complete the sign-in sheet with FULL NAME, PHONE NUMBER, DATE & TIME.

Guests must adhere to the Club rules and are the responsibility of the member and your membership may be affected by your guest’s behaviour.

If guests do not follow the rule or do not sign in, they will be refused entry.


ENTERTAINMENT

We have started booking up entertainment from 1st August although we hope to offer something sooner.

More details will follow in due course.


QUIZ NIGHT

The monthly quiz night returns on Monday 31/5.

The quiz is open to members and their guests.

£1 per person.

Max. 6 people per team/table.

Cash prize.

Please book your table and register your team in advance. Email [email protected] or text the Club mobile on 07483 933486 with your team name and the names of all team members.

You will be allocated a table for the Quiz and receive table service throughout the evening.


SNOOKER

All 3 snooker tables will be open from 17th May.

We will not be taking booking and will revert back to putting your name on the board (ask the bar team for info).

Masks are not required whilst playing snooker but social distancing is still necessary (so please be considerate of players on the table next to you).

Players should use their own snooker cue. 

At the end of your session, please put your balls back in the tray and leave the tray & triangle on the table for the bar staff to clean

 As staff need to disinfect the balls, tables and snooker area before/after use, if you are waiting for other members to finish before playing, please be patient and wait for the staff member to prepare the area and confirm that it is ready for use before your turn.

All drinks & bar snacks will be served to your table only. Simply flag down the staff member to be served.

Please remember to wear your mask when your leave the designated snooker area.


MEAT RAFFLE

Returning Sunday 23/5.

Tickets can be purchased throughout the week from the bar team (as part of the table service).

Prizes from Sandy Park Butchers (supporting local traders).

The raffle will be drawn at 2pm on Sunday Lunchtime.

If you are in the Club at that time, the committee member drawing the tickets will bring the prize to your table (you must stay seated).

If you are not in the Club for the draw, your prize will be selected and put in the freezer. We will contact you by text message or phone to confirm your prize and you will need to ensure that you collect your prize in the week, during current opening hours.


PONTOON / RAFFLES / LOTTERY

Once we have made a plan on how we can bring these back, we will provide an update.


CHARITY

The Club is currently supporting Prostate Cancer UK as its chosen charity (nominated & voted for by the members at the AGM).

There is a collection bucket within the Club for loose change and we may go around with a bucket when we have bigger events.


2021 SUBSCRIPTIONS

Thank you to the all the members have have renewed your membership for 2021 (80% @ 16/05/2021).

For those that have yet to pay, please note that the 2021 subscription payment period has been extended this year and all members have six weeks from the date that we reopen to pay their membership.

Consequently, the deadline to renew your membership will be Sunday 23rd May.

Membership subscriptions for 2021;

Single membership - £16.00

Joint membership - £27.50 (£13.75 each)

Reduced membership - £10.00 (prior acceptance only)

Life members - £0.00 (prior acceptance only)

Inter-Affiliation Cards - £2.00
